We loved the villa's clean, minimalist design, the private pool, and the warm welcome we received . The only downside for us was that the villa was somewhat visible from the road, with views of passing traffic and neighboring properties. A few additional trees would improve the privacy. During the sugar cane harvest, some debris also ended up in the pool and around the outdoor living area.

We loved the intimate atmosphere of this boutique hotel, with just five private villas. We were lucky enough to enjoy breakfast by ourselves each morning, although room service is also available.

The location was excellent—only 3 to 4 minutes from Grande Anse Beach and about 10 minutes from both the restaurants in Deshaies and the beautiful beach near Langley Fort Royal.

The private pool was lovely, and the villa was very well equipped. The shower pressure could have been stronger, but that's only a minor detail. Everything you need for cooking, laundry, or preparing meals is provided, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed stay.

Book with confidence: everything is spotless, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Vianney also shared some fantastic local tips that really enhanced our stay.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. After seven days it became a little repetitive. We'd have loved to see local honey, homemade jams, fresh pastries instead of frozen ones, and more seasonal tropical fruit. A ceiling fan in the living area would also make the villa even more comfortable on particularly warm days, and a filtered water station would have been a nice addition.

Vianney made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and even took our breakfast suggestions into consideration. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the birdsong—it was absolutely magical.

The villas offer excellent privacy and are very well equipped. Our only minor comments would be that the mattress felt a little too firm for our taste, and the air conditioning occasionally switched off and back on during the night, probably because of an automatic temperature setting.

A special thank you for allowing us a late check-out—it was greatly appreciated.

There are so many positive words to describe this wonderful place. Starting with Philippe, Karine, and Vianney, they are welcoming, knowledgeable, and simply fantastic people. Our breakfast was delightful, enjoyed in a peaceful setting just steps away from our beautiful Villa Cristal. From the moment you walk into the villa, it is a true wow effect: everything is spotless and beautifully arranged, with a lovely patio and a heated pool that makes evening swims especially enjoyable. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine while day turns into night is pure bliss. The shower is spacious, the bed extremely comfortable with an excellent mattress. The decor is simple yet elegant, without feeling cluttered. The kitchen is functional, neither too big nor too small, exactly the way I like it, with everything you need and more. The beautifully maintained gardens are a real plus, and we will even miss our rooster friend! I almost forgot: each villa has its own washing machine, which is very convenient for washing towels and swimsuits. Philippe organizes a dinner once a week in the breakfast room, where a chef cooks for the guests, and the meal was exceptional. For a very reasonable price, you get a starter, a main course, and a dessert. Do not miss it, you would regret it. Thank you, Eric, for this wonderful meal.

Breakfast met our expectations after seeing the photos. A little tip: you can order soft-boiled or scrambled eggs. The private pool with its adjoining shower is a real plus. The washing machine was very practical, even if it is mostly useful for swimsuits and towels after swimming. This is not about the hotel or its facilities, but I would gladly invite those roosters singing in the morning to dinner... as the main course. Still, noisy poultry is typical all over the island.

Our host Philippe gave us excellent directions for the drive with our rental car. We rented the Villa Rosé for 14 days, located at the bottom of the hill with a view of the garden. It was great: beautiful view and the furthest from the road. The garden is beautifully landscaped. The atmosphere is modern, tastefully furnished, and also very functional — something we really appreciated. Breakfast was generous by French standards. Our host Philippe was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is fully independent, which wasn't entirely clear to us at first.

We visited many parts of Guadeloupe with our rental car — the area around Deshaies was the most beautiful and far less crowded than other regions. A rental car is highly recommended to explore the beauty of Guadeloupe. Highlights to visit: the Zoo in the National Park and the Botanical Garden in Deshaies!

We stayed at the Lune de Miel residence and our experience was perfect on every level. Philippe, the host, is warm, always available, and offers invaluable advice for discovering Guadeloupe.

The villas are extremely comfortable, well thought out and spotlessly clean. The private swimming pool is a real asset , adding to the pleasure and relaxation. Despite the proximity of a busy road, the environment is so calm that you really feel in a bubble.

The residence is ideally located, just a stone's throw from Grande Anse beach and a few minutes from La Perle beach, a favorite for its calm and charm. Supermarkets in Sainte-Rose are also within easy reach in 15 minutes.

We loved the excursions on offer, in particular the one with Joseph into the Grand Cul de Sac Marin", an absolutely unmissable experience. Finally, the evening at the restaurant was delicious, and the intimate atmosphere made it all the more special. We highly recommend this residence for an unforgettable stay in Guadeloupe!

Excellent stay, all is comfort and pleasure, the small private pool a “must” very much appreciated. This luxurious complex of six villas nestled in magnificently exuberant greenery is a haven of peace far removed from the hotels usually found in the French West Indies.

However, it's best to avoid the villa “Champagne” if possible, as it's really too close to the road, and God knows how many Mad Maxes of asphalt there are in the area... But even the very friendly and welcoming Philippe can't do anything about this common phenomenon in Guadeloupe!

What can I say ... Philippe and his wife welcome you in a heavenly setting and make you feel at ease right away. We listened to Philippe's advice for activities, visits, walks.... We loved it every time.

As for the Lune de miel villa, there's nothing to say, the accommodation is clean, new and comfortable, and what a pleasure it is to have a private pool to relax in the evening after a hike . And let's not forget the copious breakfast where you can chat with Philippe, who is always in a good mood and really friendly. This was our first trip to Guadeloupe, and we'll be going back for the accommodation and everything else - we came back with wonderful memories.

Small but comfortable, with a view over part of the mountain. Perfect for a romantic getaway. On-site breakfast is prepared by Philippe, and you wake up at the foot of the mountain to a very friendly manager who's a pleasure to talk to. You can order meals and have them delivered by the chef himself; the produce is fresh and truly excellent.

As a couple, we spent an excellent week in one of the 5 Lune de Miel villas. The villas are new, decorated with care, the layout is perfect, the surface area for 2 is perfect. The villas are modern, simple but well-equipped (+ very good beds) - a short or long stay doesn't matter, you can spend here as long as you like. We were received by the host Philippe. It is a beautiful, small-scale hotel with 5 villas. Villas come with a private pool. The villa was brand new, clean and large. Features a private kitchen, bedroom and attached bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The location of the villa is close to the beach in Deshaies. We stayed here 6 nights with a delicious breakfast every morning. Ou r rental car we could park neatly on the private grounds. You can watch TV with Netflix. The wifi is perfect in the villa. On Saturday, the owner Philippe offers a delicious three course menu for all guests. Very cozy and delicious. It is a wonderful stay at Lune de Miel. The owners Philippe and Karin have set up a beautiful, modern complex where they and the other staff are always there for you. We were lucky that we were free until the end of the afternoon in the apartment until we went to the airport.

The setting is idyllic and calm, right next to the magnificent beaches of Deshaies, it's like being plunged into the middle of the jungle, with top-notch comfort, the accommodations are brand new and the decor very well thought out. Very copious breakfast and nice bar

Very nice stay at the Lune de Miel residence . Lots of charm in these very well-equipped villas. We appreciate the swimming pool at the end of the day after a day of excursions and going for a drink at the bar while chatting with Philippe. Thank you for your warm welcome and good advice.

Luxurious

We had a great stay! The rooms are brand new with exceptional comfort and very quiet. The private pool is a real plus! Philippe was very friendly and available throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the excursion with Fabrice proposed by the host. We highly recommend this establishment!

Luxurious, Romantic and Quiet

A wonderful stay. We were lucky enough to be among the first residents. Comfortable villas, very well appointed, spacious, impeccable cleanliness, heated pool, quiet in nature. The owners, Philippe and Karine, are very welcoming and gave us lots of tips for visiting Guadeloupe. We got a small « planter » (local drink) as guest drink on arrival.

This is our first time in Guadeloupe from the US. The only thing better than our beautiful villa was Philippe. He was very accommodating and helped us plan our activities and dinners. The villa is spectacular. It has everything you need. It offers privacy, a pool and outdoor living with excellent air conditioning in the bedroom. It's close to the beach and town center, making it an ideal location. The beach is beautiful and as recommended by Philippe, we did the hiking trail along the beach and an excursion to the waterfalls. We traveled all over Guadeloupe and our favorite stay was the Villa Blanc de Blancs.

The location is ideal, close to the most beautiful beaches of Basse Terre , in a quiet area. The villa is new and very well appointed. The reception was top notch, Philippe is very attentive so that we can spend a wonderful vacation which was our case. Everything was perfect.
